The winter school "Transformation of the role of a teacher: teacher, scientist, moderator" was held at Shakarim University from January 15 to 19.
In order to improve the efficiency of the organization of internal processes in quality assurance, the event was attended by faculty members, heads of departments and deans of faculties.
On the first day of the event, the issues of evaluating the activities of teaching staff according to the main performance indicators, the role of social monitoring in the implementation of the university's mission, the development of best practices in the development of scientific potential of teaching staff in foreign scientific organizations and the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process were considered.
