The psychological service of the NAO "Shakarim Semey University" and the psychological volunteer club "Well-being psy_club_shakarim" together with the youth health center "Salauat" Semey conducted a psychological training for university students on the topic: "Stress tolerance and emotional self-regulation". The purpose of the training is to provide an opportunity to master the skills of effective stress and emotion management, which will help improve productivity, well-being and overall quality of life. Nowadays, stress and high emotional stress are becoming more common in our daily lives. The following topics will be covered during the training:understanding the nature of stress and its effects on the body; relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to relieve tension; strategies for emotional self-regulation in everyday life; practical tools for stress management in various situations.
