The head of the psychological support service at Shakarim University, Professor Sh. Satieva conducted a training for students of the Higher School of Artificial Intelligence and Construction on the topic "Gender equality: the key to a developed society."

Professor Sh. Satieva explained why gender equality is important for modern society, the formation of gender stereotypes and their impact. During the training, participants discussed various aspects of gender inequality, including gender inequality in the workplace, family relationships and gender stereotypes in media products. Approaches and solutions to strengthen gender equality, as well as ways to promote gender equality, were discussed. The participants received accurate ideas about gender equality and discussed specific actions aimed at eliminating gender stereotypes.
