Shakarim University’s Research School of Physical and Chemical Sciences recently hosted a training session designed to help students manage exam stress. Led by Sholpan Serikbosynovna Satieva, Head of the university’s Psychological Support Service, the “Stress-Quest: Strategies for a Successful Exam Session” training utilized an interactive format to teach practical stress management skills.
Students learned effective strategies for managing their workload, improving productivity, and maintaining their well-being during the high-pressure exam period. The training was well-received, with students actively participating and providing positive feedback.
