Professor Sh. Satieva, head of the psychological support center at Shakarim University, at the Research School of Veterinary Medicine and Agriculture, successfully conducted the training “University Mosaic” for first-year students, aimed at rapid and successful adaptation to student life. Training participants gained valuable knowledge and practical skills that will help them succeed in their studies, build new relationships, and feel confident in the university environment. The training program included:
- Getting to know the university and its structure.
- Determining your learning style.
- An interactive quest around the university.
- Time management and stress management techniques.
- Positive affirmations and goal setting.
The “University Mosaic” training was a great opportunity for freshmen to feel like part of the university community and prepare for the challenges of student life.
