On January 16, 2025, Professor Sh. Satieva from the Psychological Support Service of Shakarim University conducted a leadership development training for teachers of Shakarim High School. During the training, participants enhanced their leadership skills, explored strategies for psychological flexibility, and learned how to embrace change. Through interactive exercises, they improved teamwork methods and gained new knowledge essential for professional and personal growth. The training was based on the works of Kevin Murray on leadership and focused on managing change and turning challenges into opportunities. Sh. Satieva noted, "Change paves the way for new opportunities and achievements. I am confident that the participants will effectively apply the knowledge they have gained in practice." The participants mastered new strategies and strengthened their self-confidence during the training.
