Relevance:

One of the types of renewable energy sources is biogas (and biomethane in purified form), obtained by anaerobic methane fermentation of biomass, primarily organic waste from agriculture and food processing plants, sewage and household waste, as well as energy crops and algae. In comparison with other types of renewable energy sources, the main advantages of using biomass energy by methane fermentation (as opposed to solar and wind energy) is independence from meteorological conditions, that is, continuity and stability in the use of energy In the Republic of Kazakhstan, it is more promising from the point of view of manufacturing, energy efficiency, reliability, ease of operation, maintenance, repair and low cost to introduce biogas plants of our own design made of domestic (local) materials.


Target:

Development of a modular biogas complex from domestic materials with an automated intelligent control system and innovative technology using biostimulants to increase the yield of biomethane and reduce the time of methane fermentation during waste processing.


Expectation:

Development and manufacture of a reliable, inexpensive biogas plant from domestic (local) materials in the form of a module of various capacities with minimal equipmentpower consumption; Creation of a new technology with the use of effective biostimulants of our own development based on natural domestic plant and organic raw materials and the optimal modeof methane fermentation, taking into account climatic conditions for various organic waste with full automation of the processing proceDevelopment of software for automation of a control system for technological processes in a biogas plant; Obtaining environmentally friendly and high-grade biofertilizers and, accordingly,high-quality methane treatment; Preparation of scientific and technical documentation and implementation of an inexpensive biogas plant in farms and food processing plants; Development of technical specifications for end products (biogas, biomethane andbiofertilizers) and instructions on technology and operation, maintenance and repair of technological equipment (biogas plant).


Result:

1. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign sources, two analytical reviews were published (1. "Review of the development of the biogas industry and the prospects for the introduction of biogas plants in Kazakhstan", Analytical review, 45p., MRNTI 622.324, BBK 33.362, ISBN 978-601-248 -985-9, Almaty 2021; 2. "Biostimulants from domestic natural organic raw materials for biogas plants", Analytical review, 59р, UDC 662.234, BBK 33.362, ISBN 978-601-248-989-7, Almaty 2021. and an article included in the Scopus database with a nonzero impact factor «Development of the biogas industry and prospects for the implementation of biogas plants in Kazakhstan» 2413-2179 (online) //Eurasian physical technical journal, 2021, Vol.18, Nо.3(37) p.1811-1165 (print);

2. An engineering calculation of technological and design parameters of a new experimental industrial biogas plant (BP) was carried out and an optimal design was developed.

3.Developed documentation of a horizontal reinforced concrete biogas plant of a modular type

4. A metal collapsible formwork, a reinforcing frame, 4 manholes with a neck, a metal frame for cladding for an underground reinforced concrete horizontal bioreactor unit with a two-module bioreactor were manufactured

5. Construction and installation work has been done to create an underground insulated reinforced concrete horizontal two-module bioreactor
