Documents for enrollment in advanced training courses:

1) Application addressed to the head of the Center;

2) Identity document (copy);

3) Document on higher education (copy);

4) Questionnaire for a student of advanced training courses for teachers;

5) Payment receipt (copy).

Upon completion of training, students are issued a document (certificate) of advanced training.
