Memo for graduates

I. Personal job placement:

1. Graduate must arrive at the Commission for the distribution of graduates to work, according to the approved schedule of the university.

2. A request from employer should be provided with a certified seal and stamp with the outgoing number and date of the document issuance

3. Graduates entitled to exemption from work after graduation must provide the following documents:

  • a certificate from Medical Board (for pregnant females), an application for exemption from work  agreed with the head of department, Dean of  Faculty, lawyer of the university.
  • Women (married or single) who have a child (children) under the age 3, provide a birth certificate of child, an application for exemption from work, agreed with the head of department, Dean of Faculty, lawyer of the university.
  • disabled persons (1-2 categories of disability) an appropriate supporting document, an application addressed for exemption from work, agreed with the head of department, Dean of faculty, lawyer of the university.

II Work Assignment

1. after distribution by the Commission, an applicant is to fill out the provided form to provide work coverage of scholarship from government after graduation and receive a job referral from the Dean's office.

2. When issuing a bypass sheet, a graduate personally provide original documents to the Career and Graduates’ Employment Office

III. Employment

1. Within the period September, 1-September 30, 2021, you are required to provide supporting documents from the place of work (certificate or extract from the order of employment).

2. Upon admission to Master’s Program, it is necessary to provide a certificate or an extract from the order for admission to master program

3. When registering as a job seeker, provide a supporting document (certificate) at Employment Center or Office  at the place of residence.

4. Those recruited to Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan (army) provide a certificate of military service in order to defer work.
