- arrangement and conduction of Career Enhancement Training in short-term (up to 36 hours), medium-term (from 72 hours), and long-term (over 108 hours) periods to update the theoretical and practical knowledge of management staff and specialists in accordance with the increasing requirements of the labor market;
- conduction of Teacher Retraining Courses for qualified specialists, non-qualified specialists (for persons with vocational education who do not have pedagogical education), and newcomers (for those embarking on the professional activity of a teacher in the corresponding profile for the first time);
- arrangement and conduction of individual internships provided in accordance with the relevant qualification and field of activity;
- arrangement and conduction of corporate trainings for company employees and students to gain new knowledge and skills, as well as to upgrade qualifications;
- provide a professional academic environment for the development of well-rounded graduates and professionals;
- develop critical skills in students that will enable them to become independent, ambitious individuals;
- conduct an entry analysis to identify weak students in order to provide them with remedial assistance and raise their knowledge to an acceptable level;
- organize tutoring with the assistance of outstanding students as a coordinator for students who have encountered difficulties during their studies;
- organize various courses for students in the following ten broad areas: cognitive and neural foundations of learning, developmental processes and outcomes, educational opportunities, equity and achievement, informal and lifelong learning, research for educational improvement, learning technologies, motivation and engagement, reading and language, academic writing, reasoning, decision-making and argumentation, and STEM;
- conduction of Massive Open Online Courses;
- arranging and conducting training to improve the quality of life, social activity, and professional development of adults, implemented within the framework of the Silver University;
- arranging the Lekotek work aimed at providing psychological and pedagogical consultation and corrective pedagogic work for children with special educational needs;
- organizing and conducting courses for students aged 50+ years within the framework of the "Silver University" project.
