Development of a strategy for the development of the University 's project activities;
expansion of international scientific and technical cooperation.
organization and assistance to scientists and teaching staff of the university in conducting fundamental and applied scientific research on topical issues of natural, agricultural, technical, social, humanitarian and pedagogical sciences;
timely informing scientists and teaching staff about the holding of competitions of scientific projects on grant scientific and (or) scientific and technical programs;
search for budgetary and extra-budgetary financing of science;
monitoring of the implementation of scientific projects under grant programs of various organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Issuing orders approving the composition of the Shakarim University Research Group.
Couriering of acts, reports, official and cover letters on research works of Shakarim University.
Conducting business meetings, conferences, symposiums, round tables, foresight sessions and other events within the framework of scientific activities.
