- formation of a positive media image of the university;
- organization of a common media space of the university;
- creation and organization of the work of the system of information support of activities university;
- interaction with republican and local official mass media;
- ensuring the availability of information about the university and ongoing events in the mass media;
- coordination of the work of the university media, including periodicals, the blogosphere, social networks, virtual communities, video hosting;
- coordination of work of mass-media of university;
- control of the reliability and relevance of information materials about the activities university.
