The project "Silver University" continues its work at the Center for Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel. To date, educational programs in Kazakh, Turkish, English, digital literacy, financial literacy and psychological well-being are being implemented for students on the basis of an agreement concluded between Shakarim University and the Center for the provision of special social services and active longevity No. 3 in Semey, Abai region.

From September 11 to October 6, 2023, courses on the following topics are held at the Center for Advanced Training and Retraining in support of the elderly: "Financial Literacy" and "Psychology of relationships with children and grandchildren".Students' interest in these courses is growing, and applications are being submitted.
