INVITES YOU TO THE COURSES OF PEDAGOGICAL RETRAINING

According to the conceptual apparatus of the rules, "students – persons with a professional education, who do not have a pedagogical education, who for the first time begin the professional activity of a teacher in the appropriate profile – undergo pedagogical retraining on the basis of organizations of higher and (or) postgraduate education." Thus, answering a lot of questions, whether, for example, a mathematics teacher can undergo pedagogical retraining in order to obtain the qualification of "physics teacher", it should be noted that teachers who do not have qualifications in the taught subject and who wish to receive it through pedagogical retraining cannot be subject to pedagogical retraining. A person who, for example, has a technical education in the specialty "physics" and wants to start teaching can apply for pedagogical retraining.
It should be noted that according to paragraph 3 of the rules, "the courses are conducted by the university for persons with professional education who do not have a pedagogical education, who are starting the professional activity of a teacher for the first time in the relevant profile, on the basis of a university licensed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 16, 2014 "On permits and notifications" to conduct educational activities in the field of training "Pedagogical sciences" in accordance with the Classifier of training areas with higher and postgraduate education, approved by the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 13, 2018 No. 569. Thus, the regulatory legal act does not give the right to conduct pedagogical retraining to various educational centers.
In accordance with paragraph 4 of the rules, "retraining courses for teaching staff are conducted on a full-time basis." The development of the educational program of pedagogical retraining is completed by the final certification of students in the form determined by the university.
Students who have successfully completed pedagogical retraining programs are issued a university certificate. The form of the certificate is regulated by the Rules of pedagogical retraining.
