- preparation of the school year plan and the annual report of the Department;
- control over the organization of the department's work at the faculties;
- carrying out joint work with the medical center on preventive, sanitary and educational work;
- supervising the work of the Council of Curators of the University;
- control over the timely and high-quality execution by the department's employees of orders and orders issued by the Chairman of the Board - Rector and a Member of the Board-Vice-Rector for social and educational work.
