o further develop the professional competence of the state apparatus, the Head of State has adopted a number of initiatives that play a significant role in the development of the region. In the young region of Abai, there is an influx of young people into the civil service. In this regard, today Shakarim University together with the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Abai region signed a memorandum of cooperation.
 
The ceremony was attended by the management of the University and the staff of the Academy. In his welcoming speech, the rector of Shakarim University Duman Orynbekov noted the importance of the event and a number of achievements of the university.
 
- 2024 is the anniversary year for the university. I believe that our cooperation has a symbolic meaning. This year the educational institution celebrates its 90th anniversary. Shakarim University will become the flagship for the training of competitive youth of the state. Our main mission is to form a qualified specialist and a perfect personality who has absorbed national values," Duman Rymgalievich concluded.
 
Within the framework of the memorandum, the parties planned to develop joint additional educational programs, scientific and methodological research and innovative projects.
 
It is worth noting that Shakarim University is successfully implementing the project "School of Young Civil Servants" in the Abai region. Within the framework of the project, 15 students of the university have been trained and are ready to start public service for the benefit of the region.
