Self-management

The course deals with methodological approaches to self-management. Determination of value orientations of the individual. Planning a business career and personal work of a manager. Features of managerial work of a manager. Methods of regulation of management activities. Fundamentals of rational work and organization of the manager's activities. Conflicts in the activities of the manager. Individual management style. Development of socio-psychological qualities of a manager. Psychophysiological and intellectual potential of the individual. Forms and methods for assessing the professional achievements of a manager.

The course "Business Ethics" will allow students to develop and improve the skills of effective communication in a professional environment; competently use verbal and non-verbal ways of communication; master the technique of preparing and conducting public speaking; learn to overcome communication barriers in business negotiations, skillfully conduct business debates; resist the manipulative influence of business partners; manage conflict effectively.

This course introduces students to the basics of human resource management. At the same time, the issues of integrating the strategy of human resource management and business strategy are considered; human resource planning, career advancement and career management; recruiting and selection of personnel, training and development of personnel, performance management, compensation, services and benefits to employees, labor relations, motivation and stimulation of work of personnel.
