Fundamentals of coaching skills

The content of the discipline is aimed at studying the theory and practice in the field of organizing and conducting leisure and developmental activities with children and adolescents in the context of various children's associations. The course forms knowledge and skills in planning, organizing and conducting individual, group and mass forms of cognitive, creative, recreational activities with children and adolescents. The necessary communicative and organizational competencies, leadership qualities of future counselors, necessary in communicating with children, are being developed. Applied skills are formed in the organization and conduct of trainings, educational games, cognitive quizzes, forms of recreational activities.

Development of pragmatic competencies of future specialists

The content of the discipline is aimed at developing personal and pragmatic qualities, improving professional skills in the entire process in the field of education, replenishing the professional training of future specialists, the ability to effectively apply knowledge in practice and act on the result. The course forms the theoretical knowledge of the leader of the organizer, the development of leadership qualities, the ability to self-manage and manage a small group, team, as well as general cultural and professional competencies.
