The Center for Analytics and Strategic Planning is a research, information, analytical, consulting and methodological unit that carries out sociological monitoring of the quality of educational services provided by the university, as well as coordination of the activities of structural units within the framework of achieving the indicators of the University Development Program.
Main activities of the CASP:
- systemic sociological monitoring of the quality of educational services;
- regular sociological surveys of students, teachers, staff, as well as schoolchildren of the Abay region and other stakeholders;
- analyzes the implementation of target indicators of the University Development Program;
- coordinates the activities of structural divisions within the framework of achieving the indicators of the University Development Program;
- collection and processing of information, analysis and evaluation of data, preparation of analytical reports, recommendations and their provision to the Chairman of the Board - Rector, dean's offices, departments, relevant departments of the university. - planning, development and implementation of projects to monitor public opinion, both within the university and outside it;
- accepting applications from structural units to conduct sociological research as part of improving the quality of the educational process;
- development of relevant topics and survey questions among students, teaching staff and university staff;
- presentation of research results and recommendations based on survey results;
- establishing patterns and proposing reasonable measures to solve identified problems;
- sociological support of activities carried out at the university in the field of quality management of educational services;
- formation of recommendations based on the results of the analysis, allowing to limit the spread of negative phenomena that reduce the quality of personnel training at the university;
- organizes and conducts meetings and explanatory seminars to increase interest in social problems of the public and the university.
