Scholarship programs for foreigners

Our university does not have internal scholarship programs specifically designed for international students. However, the university allocates 30 quota grants for foreign citizens for the 2025-2026 academic year. These grants cover the full cost of tuition and provide an opportunity to receive education at our university.

Internal university grants for applicants

Our university is proud to support talented applicants. During the academic year, we hold various events, such as subject Olympiads, creative competitions and other intellectual competitions. The winners of these events have the opportunity to become holders of the "Shakerim bilim grants", which provides a 100% discount on tuition for one academic year. We believe that such grants stimulate the desire for knowledge and help the most gifted students realize their potential.

Shakarim educational grant, LEB

Shakarim Educational Grant: The university has a Regulation “On the provision of benefits and discounts for the payment of educational services and the awarding of the Shakarim Educational Grant,” aimed at providing social support, expanding opportunities, and encouraging academic achievement among students and applicants.

Положение определяет:

  • the procedure for granting benefits and discounts for educational services;

  • the amounts, types, and conditions for receiving discounts;

  • the requirements for awarding the Shakhim educational grant;

  • the rules for submitting applications, the list of required documents, and the review procedure;

  • the grounds for granting, terminating, or canceling benefits and grants.

The Shakhim Educational Grant provides a 100% discount on tuition and is awarded to the most deserving candidates based on their academic achievements, social status, and scientific, athletic, creative, or community involvement.

The Regulation aims to increase access to quality education, support talented and active young people, and strengthen the motivation of students and applicants to achieve high results in their studies and social activities.

LEB Grants: The University also cooperates with local executive bodies (LEB), which allocate targeted grants. These grants are provided based on the needs of the region and the personnel shortage in certain industries. The purpose of such grants is to train highly qualified specialists necessary for the development of the economy and social sphere of our region. Information on available grants from the Ministry of Education and Science, as well as the conditions for participation in the competition, is usually published on the website - https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/abay/documents/details/872272?lang=ru.
