About Us
The Center for Marketing and Career Guidance is the strategic hub responsible for the architecture of the Shakarim University brand and the navigation of future students. Our mission is to strengthen the University's leadership in the educational market, attract talented youth, and establish a high standard of internal and external communications.
We combine data-driven marketing strategies with creative solutions to build a strong reputation and ensure a seamless admission experience.
Key Objectives & Directions:
1. Strategy & Brand Management
Developing and updating the University’s marketing strategy based on market research and competitive analysis.
Enhancing brand awareness, managing reputation, and promoting the University's values and achievements globally.
Implementing digital campaigns and image-building projects to promote educational programs.
2. Recruitment & Career Guidance
Managing the full recruitment funnel: from lead generation to final enrollment.
Conducting systematic career guidance work with schools and colleges in Semey and the Abai region, including mobile group visits.
Attracting students from other regions under the "Serpin-2050" program.
Utilizing a CRM system for effective application management and personalized communication with applicants.
3. Events & Partnerships
Organizing large-scale offline events: "Open House" days, Career Fairs, and thematic sessions for parents.
Holding subject Olympiads, scientific project competitions, and creative contests for school students.
Building long-term partnerships with school principals and college directors.
4. Media & Public Relations (PR)
Comprehensive media planning: SMM, targeted advertising, official website management, and media relations.
Preparing press releases, organizing interviews, and ensuring positive media coverage.
Creating high-quality content: promotional videos, presentations, and brochures.
5. Admissions & Analytics
Coordinating the operations of the Admissions Committee, including technical support and staff management.
Conducting regular analytics: evaluating marketing campaign efficiency (ROI), monitoring enrollment statistics, and conversion rates.
