THE WORD "DEBRIEFING" MEANS "ANALYSIS". Analytical debriefing, in psychological research, debriefing occurs through a short conversation between the researcher and the participant of the experiment, which is carried out after the completion of psychological research. This format is one of the most effective methods, especially when identifying destructive behavior, in the presence of stressful, psychosomatic disorders. The head of the Center of Psychological Service of Shakarim University, professor Sh. Satieva also held a debriefing meeting in this format. 
Autodestructive behavior is behavior associated with various forms of self—destruction: from high-risk actions aimed at finding new sensations to self-harm and suicidal acts. Through this debriefing meeting, we identified ways to identify and prevent autodestructive behavior among students-behavior that threatens normal human development, physical and psychological health.
Students received a tool for determining their psychoemotional state. This format was also informative for students.
