GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT SERVICE
Goals:
Ensuring the psychological well-being of students, faculty, and university staff.
Supporting successful adaptation to the educational environment and academic workload.
Preventing emotional, stress-related, and crisis conditions.
Creating conditions for personal growth, professional self-determination, and the harmonious development of students.
Objectives:
Providing individual and group psychological counseling.
Conducting psychodiagnostics of anxiety levels, stress resilience, motivation, and the social climate.
Organizing preventive activities, trainings, and seminars.
Offering crisis and emergency psychological assistance.
Supporting first-year and international students during their adaptation period.
Developing methodological materials, development and support programs.
Informing students about ways to maintain mental health.
Cooperating with departments, deans’ offices, and the administration on issues of psychological and pedagogical support.
