On May 02, 2024, at Shakarim University, the head of the Psychological Service Center, Professor Sh. Satieva and members of the psychological volunteer club Well-being psy_club_shakarim conducted a sensitive training "Love is a language that the blind can see and the deaf can hear." The exercises and techniques were selected based on Guy Winch's book. The training was based on the work of Guy Winch. During the training, students acquired practical skills in the algorithm of a number of exercises and methods that will become the first psychological help in case of unpleasant situations in communication with people in stressful situations, providing emotional support and methods of coping with crisis situations, misunderstanding in the process of communication, etc. Signs of a psychological crisis and ways to provide assistance in such cases were also considered. At the end of the training, the students shared their impressions.
