A training session titled ✨ "Emotional Intelligence: Understanding Yourself and Others" was conducted for the students of Dormitory No. 3 by specialist K.A. Sagyndykova.
What students gained from the training:

• Learned to stay calm during stressful situations and manage negative emotions.
• Understood the importance of avoiding impulsive behavior.
