Partnerships for the goals aim to strengthen cooperation at the international, national, and regional levels to ensure global sustainable development. As part of this goal, the university has concluded the following cooperation agreements and memorandums:

  1. Communal State Enterprise «Nuclear Medicine and Oncology Center of Semey City» under the Health Department of the East Kazakhstan Region – joint development of the dual education system, improving training quality at the bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD levels by bringing the educational process closer to real production conditions, effective use of the enterprise’s human and material-technical potential, conducting joint research involving students, and professional development of faculty and staff;

  2. RSI «State Forest Nature Reserve «Semey Ormany» – acquisition of professional skills in real production conditions, development of practical skills in protecting and preserving ecosystem integrity, conducting joint research on coniferous tree cultivation with students on the basis of «Semey Ormany», organizing conferences, and joint tree-planting activities;

  3. JSC «Nuclear Technology Park» – cooperation in the fields of science and education: implementation of joint research and innovation projects, introduction of new technologies and scientific developments, supporting the effective functioning of the system for training highly qualified specialists, professional development of employees, organization of internships and practical training for students, and information exchange;

  4. Agronomy College of Northwest A&F University (China) – implementation of an international scientific project within the Silk Road Alliance in agricultural education, research, and innovation; joint implementation of a research project aimed at the selection and adaptation of agricultural crops to the climatic conditions of Abai Region, with the prospect of creating a training demonstration site based on the research results;

  5. Xi'an Jiaotong University comprehensive and deep cooperation in education and science, improving education quality, supporting the transformation and commercialization of technological innovations, and jointly implementing national strategic plans aimed at achieving high standards in the fields of education and science;

  6. Republican State Enterprise «Mangyshlak Experimental Botanical Garden» of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan – provision of shared resources for scientific research, establishment of scientific and technical cooperation, exchange of experience and scientific achievements, provision of available equipment for joint projects, facilitation of joint scientific conferences, seminars, working groups, publications, exchange of literature, mutual notification of scientific events, inviting specialists for participation, and organizing scientific training (internships, master’s, PhD, dissertation defense), as well as providing research results obtained in the framework of joint projects.

Additionally, agreements with national and global partners (universities and enterprises) have been concluded to ensure a high-quality joint educational and scientific process.
