AP15473402 "Development of equipment for blood separation of slaughter animals"

Currently, a significant amount of animal blood is not used or consumed in meat processing plants for the production of feed products, and a small part is used for food purposes. However, not all reserves are used, especially in enterprises that do not have the appropriate equipment for blood processing. The development of a new type of equipment with combined processes makes it possible to solve the problem of waste-free processing of agricultural raw materials and the use of available blood resources for the production of both feed and food products. Not only waste-free processing of blood is economically profitable, but also environmental and social problems are solved, since currently in Kazakhstan the blood of slaughtered animals is not processed at many enterprises of the meat
industry.

The aim of the project is to develop theoretical and experimental ways (bases) of complex processing of blood of slaughtered animals.

2 articles will be published in journals from the first three quartiles by impact factor in the Web of Science database or having a CiteScore percentile in the Scopus database of at least 50; obtaining patents in foreign patent offices, in Kazakhstan or Eurasian patent offices – it is planned to obtain a Kazakh patent for a utility model; development of scientific, technical, design documentation A draft standard of organization and technological instructions for protein enrichment from the blood of slaughtered animals will be developed; dissemination of the results of the work among potential users, the community of scientists and the general public During the project, it is planned to publish the results of research in journals and collections of scientific papers, as well as in the materials of international scientific and practical conferences.
