Өзектілігі
The development of agriculture in the Republic of Kazakhstan is inextricably linked with the technogenic impact, as a result of which numerous xenobiotics enter the human body along the trophic chain, among which there are contaminants with a pronounced carcinogenic effect. Identifying them in livestock products is time consuming and costly. The development of an express method for determining the residual amount of highly cumulative xenobiotics is very urgent, since it allows solving the main problems of ensuring the safety and quality control of milk and dairy products.
Мақсаты
Study of the results of regional monitoring of food safety for the development of an accelerated method for determining the residual amount of xenobiotics in milk and dairy products.
Күтілетін нәтиже
- On the basis of regional monitoring of food safety in the intensively developed regions of the East Kazakhstan region, the most common and hazardous highly cumulative substances will be determined and their cumulation coefficient calculated. - A map of the EKR regions with a high content of dangerous xenobiotics in milk will be compiled.
- The direction of modernization of the accelerated method for the determination of xenobiotics in milk will be chosen.
- Design a biosensor model for the determination of highly cumulative xenobiotics in milk and dairy products
- Technical characteristics and instructions for the use of a biosensor for the determination of highly cumulative xenobiotics in milk and dairy products will be developed and approved.
- Normative and technical documentation will be developed and approved, a monograph will be issued and a patent received. Results will be published in cited journals.

Based on the analysis of information data, thexenobiotics in milk, as a raw material of animal origin, was substantiated, and regions of the East Kazakhstan were established to determine the residual amount of the most common and dangerous xenobiotics in milk. The most danxenobiotics in terms of the degree of cumulative properties have been established experimentally. A map of the regions of the East Kazakhstan with a high content of dangerous xenobiotics in milk has been compiled. The main directions of modernization of the biosensor for the determination of xenobiotics in milk and dairy products have been selected.
