Relevance

Today, many countries around the world focus their attention on the active development of" green " technologies. Our country is no exception, and the Government of Kazakhstan provides specific target indicators for achieving 15 % of the share of renewable energy sources by 2030, and 50 % by 2050, taking into account alternative energy sources. President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Tokayev noted that it is necessary to pay more attention to increasing Kazakhstan's production of renewable energy-from research, materials, to generation facilities, wind turbines, solar panels and other electrical equipment. Our country has a huge potential for the development of renewable energy sources. There are large areas and reserves of renewable wind and solar energy that would allow us to diversify energy sources and use it to solve electricity and water supply problems in remote areas.

The object of the research of the scientific project is an experimental wind-solar installation with an automated control system and an energy storage system.

A project that covers all stages-from initial design and modeling to subsequent production and testing stages-can have a significant impact on the research environment in Kazakhstan. The project will contribute to the development of young scientists for our country by training undergraduates and doctoral students at Shakarim University.

The practical significance of the project is to provide electricity and water without interruption, regardless of weather conditions. With the current wind, the wind-solar installation accumulates compressed air in receivers, which in the future, even in the absence of wind and in cloudy conditions, can ensure the operation of the installation and a constant flow of electricity and water in offline mode.

The results of scientific research will have a positive impact on the development of equipment and technologies in the field of renewable energy sources and have a high social and economic impact, such as: cheap stable energy production, uninterrupted supply of electricity and water, improving the social conditions of the rural population.

Goal

Development and research of a wind-solar installation that accumulates and uses wind and solar energy, which has an automated control system for autonomous electricity and water supply of agricultural facilities located in remote and arid territories of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Expected Result

Technological, scientific and operational justification of the design of the proposed wind and solar installation, including economic efficiency; Development of a multi-section receiver providing accumulation, storage and economical use of compressed air energy; - Development of a mathematical model for controlling and forecasting technological parameters of a wind-solar installation and an energy storage system; Based on a mathematical model, the development of an analytical system for decision-making in emergency situations and an automated control system for a wind and solar installation (software); Preparation of design and technological documentation for the manufacture of a wind and solar installation from domestic materials and its implementation in agricultural facilities; Development and manufacture of an inexpensive, reliable and efficient design of a wind and solar installation with an automated control system, minimal energy consumption and self-sufficiency of electric energy; Development of instructions for the operation, maintenance and repair of a wind and solar installation.
