The program’s topic is unique and has not previously been the subject of applied research. The inclusion of Shakarim’s heritage as an object of scientific study at Shakarim University is not accidental, as in 1993 the university was named after Shakarim Kudaiberdiev. By bringing together specialists from Shakarim University and other partner research organizations, the program aims to conduct a new, modern study of Shakarim’s legacy, achieve original scientific results, share them at the global level, digitize the poet’s creative heritage, and establish the previously non-existent “Shakarim Theater-Museum” to be presented to future generations — which constitutes the main innovation of the program.

To present the spiritual heritage of the great thinker and poet Shakarim Kudaiberdiuly in digital integration through a comprehensive study of literary-cultural, historical-ethnographic, geographical and linguistic aspects and to propose optimal methods for the development of ethnotourism in the Land of the Great (Abay region).

1 Direct results: The following results should be achieved as a result of the Project:

1.1. Based on a comprehensive study and synthesis of sources on Shakarim's biography and creative heritage, materials directly related to Shakarim studies, a chronological map and a manual in infographic format have been compiled;

1.2 The place of Shakarim's songs and melodies in the Kazakh musical art has been determined, Shakarim's songs and kuis, which are in the funds of the Abai Museum and are in danger of extinction, have been converted into digital format and transferred to the Kazakh Music Fund;

1.3 In order to preserve Shakarim's legacy, the collection of Akhat Shakarimuly's manuscripts stored in the Abai Museum has been digitized;

1.4 Historical and ethnographic research has been conducted on the Sayatkora area, high-quality 3D virtual tours and a photo gallery for tourists have been developed;

1.5 Monographs "Shakarim and Alash", "Shakarim and the Kazakh seal", "Shakarim and religion", "Scientific and theoretical foundations of the tarktat "Three Truths", didactic and methodological manual "Ar ilimi", digital encyclopedia "Genealogy of Turks, Kirghizs, Kazakhs and Khan dynasties", compiled "Dictionary of language Shakarima" as a small building of the National Kazakh Language Corpus.

2 Expected comprehensive results: As a result of comprehensive research and expeditions conducted within the framework of Shakari studies, information was obtained on the restoration, protection and preservation of historical monuments and virtual routes for tourists, a 3D map, infographic materials, 3D tours, exclusive brands, a photo gallery, etc., a cultural and educational website was developed. "Shakarim.kz ".

As a result of the program's implementation, be published:

1) at least 6 (six) articles and (or) reviews in peer-reviewed scientific publications indexed in the Social Science Citation Index or the Arts and Humanities Citation Index of the Web of Science database and (or) having a CiteScore percentile in the Scopus database of at least 25 (twenty-five).

2) at least 8 (eight) articles in the journals recommended by the COKNVO.

3) at least 1 (one) monographs or textbooks in foreign and (or) Kazakhstani publishing houses recommended by the academic council and (or) the scientific and technical council of the applicant's organization;

4) at least 1 (one) patent or 2 (two) copyright certificates registered at the National Institute of Intellectual Property of the Republic of Kazakhstan

5) a reprint edition of Shakarim's works "The Family tree of the Turks, Kirghizs, Kazakhs and Khan dynasties" (1911, Orenburg), "Muslim Book" (1911, Orenburg), "Mirror of the Kazakhs" (1912, Semey), "Kalkaman –Mamyr", "Enlik-Kebek", translated into Kazakh has been prepared A.S. Pushkin's novella "Dubrovsky" (1924)

6) at least 3 (three) patents or 5 (five) copyright certificates registered with the National Institute of Intellectual Property of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been obtained.

7) A cultural and educational website has been developed "Shakarim.kz ".

3 The end result: Scientific research, digital products, 3D tours, virtual excursions, a photo gallery and ID cards developed as a result of this program are aimed at increasing the historical and cultural landscape potential of Kazakhstan, developing ethnotourism in the land of the Great (Abai Region), increasing intellectual, spiritual, moral, scientific, educational, cultural and educational In a word, the civilizational potential of social consciousness, which contributes to socio-economic development.
