Main areas of activity

• Ensuring coordination of educational work, long-term and current planning in higher and research schools, and the university as a whole;

• Developing the necessary documentation for the organizational and methodological support of the educational process at the University;

• Monitoring the placement and release of students in student dormitories, coordinating the work of Student Councils in TS, ensuring compliance with sanitary discipline and law and order in them;

• Preparing reference, accounting, and other documents for monitoring and evaluating the quality of educational work and submitting them to the management and Academic Council of the university, as well as participating in the preparation of reporting documentation on the university's performance indicators for the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

• Providing methodological assistance to deputy deans and student group supervisors.

• Analyzing and monitoring social and educational work carried out in higher and research schools and the university as a whole;

• Maintaining relations with city, regional, republican, and other youth organizations, as well as various non-governmental organizations;

• Issuing regulations and methodological recommendations on issues within its competence.
