development of necessary documentation on organisational and methodological support of the educational process of the university;
control over the check-in and check-out of students from the House of Students, over the observance of sanitary order and law and order in it, coordination of the work of Student Councils of the House of Students;
coordination of the activity of the Board of Curators of the University;
preparation of reference, reporting and other documents on control and evaluation of the quality of educational work and their submission to the management, Academic Council of the University, as well as participation in the preparation of reporting documentation on the performance of the University to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
providing methodological assistance to deputy deans for educational work and supervisors of student groups;
analysis and control of social and educational work carried out at the faculties and at the university as a whole;
liaising with other youth organisations, various non-governmental organisations of the city, region, republic;
issuing regulations, methodical recommendations on issues within its competence.
