- Timely execution of the instructions of the Chairman of the Board-Rector, Chief of Staff;
- Ensuring systematic control over the execution of official documents of the leadership of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, higher authorities and universities, collegial decisions and appeals of citizens;
- Participation in the development and implementation of new technological processes for working with documents, improvement of automated information systems and technologies;
- Development of the nomenclature of the university's affairs together with the heads of structural divisions.
- Organization of office work, organization of proper accounting and control of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Control over the execution of documents on time (checking the correctness of execution and direction, availability of applications, etc.) and processing of outgoing documents (registration and distribution);
- Registration, accounting and distribution of organizational and administrative documents in the eOtinish system, control over execution;
- Organization of receiving and sending emails and proper accounting, registration;
- Organization of consideration of incoming documents and delivery to management on the day of their receipt;
- Ensuring the operation of the archive, maintaining the reception, accounting, storage and use of documents in accordance with the established procedure;
- Digitization of the database of graduates, archival data;
- Ensuring proper access to documents and the use of information contained therein;
- Keeping records of the products of the official form, control over their use and storage;
- Correct registration and printing of official letters on the university letterhead.
- Sending official papers, packages, letters, books, etc. to other organizations by the service of Kazpost.
