As part of international academic cooperation, a group of postgraduate students from Shakarim University is currently participating in a scientific internship at Iğdır University, Turkey. The internship is taking place from April 12 to May 14, 2025.

Marzhan Nurbekova (Veterinary Sanitation)
The primary goals of the internship are to enhance research competencies, establish academic partnerships with international institutions, and gain hands-on experience with modern food industry technologies, laboratory equipment, and global best practices.
During the program, the students are conducting research on the topic: “Application of Hydrogen in Food Production.” This research addresses critical issues such as improving food safety, extending product shelf life, and exploring environmentally sustainable solutions.
The Rector of Iğdır University welcomed the interns and expressed a strong commitment to further strengthening bilateral cooperation, launching joint scientific projects, and formalizing institutional agreements between the two universities.
