On March 29, the Training and Production Base of Shakarim University was buzzing with team energy!
From the very first moments, the atmosphere was charged with movement and camaraderie. As participants gathered near the main building, greetings, laughter, and excitement filled the air. Shortly after noon, the team set off toward the new location.
The event kicked off with a team-building training session focused on strengthening team resilience. From the first words of the host, it was clear: there would be no time to rest—only the creation of a strong bond capable of overcoming any work challenge.
The sports competitions brought out the competitive spirit: tug-of-war, asyq atu, volleyball, togyzqumalaq... Each team fought with enthusiasm and joy. Although the ground was still damp from the melting snow, the air was filled with cheers, applause, and unwavering support.
Meanwhile, the intellectual challenge “Üsh Anyq” and a parallel quest transformed the base into a hub of strategic thinking. Solving puzzles, cracking codes, the SkillUp seminar, racing from one checkpoint to another, and even archery—everything unfolded under the warm spring sun.
Slightly exhausted but still full of energy, participants dove into discussions on personal growth, self-realization, and inner motivation.
Isn’t this where future projects, collaborations, and confidence in being part of something bigger begin?
March 29 was a day spent as one unified team. A special thanks goes to former KVN members, the inspiring masterminds behind this event—Nursultan Rakhimov and Ershat Yersinov.
Photos, laughter, new connections, and discussions of future plans—it all happened! And it will all be remembered as warm memories until the next teambuilding event.
But most importantly, this day proved that at Shakarim University, even teambuilding is about high-quality organization, respect for each participant, and the ability to turn an ordinary spring day into a source of energy, inspiration, and unity.
Here, people work with passion, live with purpose, and bring together those who put their hearts into a shared goal.Would you agree?
