Shakarim University and Murdoch University: a new stage of international scientific partnership

Shakarim University establishes an international partnership with Australia's Murdoch University. During the bilateral meeting held at the Bolashak Center, the parties discussed the implementation of joint research projects in the fields of food safety, agriculture, animal husbandry and veterinary medicine.

During the meeting, ways of sending Shakarim University scientists to internships were considered, and plans aimed at providing them with academic experience were presented. In addition, Murdoch University expressed its readiness to allocate special scholarships for Kazakh scientists. This initiative will increase scientific potential and provide an opportunity to train international personnel.

As a result of cooperation, the two universities intend to develop joint projects, academic mobility programs and initiatives aimed at supporting scientific start-ups.

Shakarim University aims to increase the competitiveness of the region in the field of education and science by expanding contacts with international partners.
