A partnership combining knowledge and practice
A memorandum of cooperation was signed between Shakarim University and Beskaragai College. This agreement is an important step aimed at training qualified specialists who meet modern requirements in the field of agriculture and technical education.
During a meeting with Shakarim University Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Beyimbet Daribayev, the director of Beskaragay College Askar Nurgozhin noted that the main goal of the partnership is to increase the potential of the college and train quality personnel. Today, the college provides training in popular agricultural specialties. In particular, specialists are trained in the areas of cooking, landscape design, forestry, and agricultural mechanization. In the future, it is planned to open a specialty in Veterinary Medicine.
The signed memorandum is aimed at strengthening long-term cooperation in the field of early vocational guidance of students, as well as ensuring the training of specialists within the framework of technical and vocational education programs. Particular attention is paid to the development of a dual education system and joint improvement of students' practical skills.
In turn, Shakarim University sets itself the task of introducing elements of dual education in order to increase the level of training of personnel who have practical competencies and meet the requirements of the modern labor market. It is also envisaged to deepen partnerships, additional training of specialists from educational organizations, and conduct joint research work. The university faculty plans to hold lectures and master classes at the college, exchange experiences and organize joint events.
Vice-Rector Beyimbet Daribayev emphasized that this cooperation will not only improve the quality of education, but will also open the way for college graduates to obtain higher education, and will also give new impetus to the development of research activities. Thanks to the admission of college graduates to the university, continuity of education will be ensured, and the training of competitive specialists for the region will reach a new level.
