Digital management and innovative development: workshop at Shakarim University

A seminar on "Digital maturity: main approaches and main components" was held under the organization of the Higher School of Digital Technologies and Construction of Shakarim University.

During the seminar, the methods of evaluating the level of digital transformation of organizations, ways of improving managerial decisions and the main directions of innovative development were discussed. The participants received comprehensive information about the meaning of the concept of digital maturity, effective ways of introducing it into educational and management processes.

Rail Ayanovich Sovetbayev, the speaker of the event, in his report focused on the main parts of digital maturity, practical means of implementing digital transformation and the importance of digital solutions in increasing the efficiency of the organization. In addition, specific examples were given and practical recommendations were presented.

Teaching staff of the university, heads of departments and students participated in the seminar. The speaker gave comprehensive answers to the questions asked by the participants, and a platform for exchange of opinions was formed.

The said seminar was held in accordance with the strategic development goals of the university and was one of the important events aimed at improving the effective use of digital technologies and management culture in the educational process.
