On June 11–12, a national seminar-forum for career centers under the "Serpin" program was held at S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, organized by the Financial Center.
The purpose of the forum: to develop effective approaches and solutions to the mandatory grant service obligations of graduates educated under the state educational order (including the “Serpin” project); to discuss practical mechanisms for implementing legislation, to facilitate experience exchange among universities (particularly in pedagogical fields), and to strengthen cooperation in supporting and employing young specialists.
The forum was attended by Akerke Ablaikhan, Deputy Chair of the Committee for Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, heads and staff of university career centers from across Kazakhstan, representatives of the East Kazakhstan branch of the “Atameken” National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, the regional “Serpin Support” office, local executive bodies, and from Shakarim University – Saida Omarbayeva, a specialist from the Career and Internship Department, and Aksaule Tleubayeva, Deputy Dean of the Higher School of Physics and Mathematics.
During the seminar-forum, pressing issues related to fulfilling grant obligations were addressed, along with concrete mechanisms for resolving them. Participants also exchanged experiences and shared effective working models.
The forum was well-organized, informative, and productive.
At the end of the two-day event, participants were awarded certificates.
